However, the location was great, right across from the Haarpa and Harbor, with a fantastic Icelandic dinner nearby. Room slightly worn, but comfortable. Friendly staff and good breakfast. A lovely experience overall.

The room decor was a bit stark and the staff lacked friendliness, but the rug added a touch of comfort. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's proximity to the Harpa Conference Centre was convenient. The seaview windows were dirty, but the breakfast at the 8th-floor restaurant was nice. Overall, a wonderful hotel with a perfect location, friendly staff, and great amenities.

It was clean, and I liked perfect staff and rooms. I was here for 7 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant on the 8th floor. It made my trip to Reykjavik a nice experience...

The deluxe seaview room I booked provided stunning views of the harbour and Mt Esja, along with a comfortable bed and useful amenities like a Nespresso machine and fridge. The breakfast on the 8th floor overlooking the harbour was a nice touch, and the staff were helpful in arranging transportation. The on-site spa was a relaxing retreat, though some areas needed a bit more upkeep by the end of the day. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent views and good service.

I appreciated staff and location. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast here, I had hot dishes. It was outstanding and had a private safe, a mini-bar and central heating.

The room was new-fashioned with comfy beds and good bathroom. Every staff member was accommodating and absolutely kind. Lots of food at the breakfast, including pastries, cereals, cheese and eggs. Amazing and marvellous location next to Skolavordustigur. And next to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus. Hot drinks at sky bar, good service.

Luxury hotel with very good wi-fi, the location was stunning near a main bus stop which was great for tours. The room was compact and cheap, and with a great view of the sea and Harpa concert hall. Also, I loved how comfy the location was. Also, Reykjavik Art Museum Hafnarhus was located in the immediate surroundings.

Breakfast included plant-based options and the wellness centre was fantastic. The location was unbeatable and the rooms were clean, cozy, and adjustable temperature. Some rooms had privacy issues, but overall, highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Reykjavik.

It is fairly clean, luxurious hotel, that has very good staff and location. Welcoming staff are especially on the reception desk.

Rooms were cozy but a bit tight for our luggage. Staff forgot our room readiness. Breakfast had a queue one day. Loved the views, great for tours. Snug room with a too warm night. Bathrooms need updating, breakfast area small. Downtown location is fantastic, tasty breakfast.

The hotel is fairly clean, with charming personal, and offers perfect location just next door to the city centre as well as the highlights. Reykjavik 101 district is worth seeing. Enjoyed the nice decor of the room.

The location of the hotel was perfect for families, with a fantastic view and a lovely golf course just 5 km away. The Wellness Area was a hit with the kids, and the Sky Bar provided a delightful setting for breakfast with breathtaking views.

In my wife's opinion, having a designated kids' play area on site would have been a great addition for families with children.

The location of Centerhotel Arnarhvoll was absolutely fantastic! We had a room with excellent views of the music hall and the harbor, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The Skybar on the top floor also offered stunning views of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. Plus, the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city by foot. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb location and amazing views.

The hotel is in a prime location, so close to the town center that you can easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants. It's super close to the "city" center but far enough away to avoid the drunken shouting. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fabulous view. The staff was helpful and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was conveniently located in the centre of the city, only a short walk to many restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the scenic area and quiet surroundings near the water. The staff provided excellent service, always happy to help with requests. The room amenities, including the air conditioning and flat-screen TV, were top-notch. Additionally, I appreciated the spa and wellness centre, which included a sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with excellent service.

The spa in the basement was a lifesaver after a long day exploring. The view from my room was stunning- right across from Harpa and Bus Stop 5. The Skybar had amazing food and cocktails. a great stay- would recommend.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was a short walk to many Reykjavik highlights. We could easily reach the BSI bus station for excursions, and there was a coffee shop nearby. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast every day.

Convenient location , close to bus stop, Hard Rock Cafe, restaurants, and shops. Room amenities , free nightgown and slippers, tea and coffee in the room. Clean and tidy hotel with helpful receptionist.

I recently stayed at Centerhotel Arnarhvoll for three nights during my visit to Iceland. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The spa area, complete with a hot tub and sauna, provided a relaxing escape. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the sea and mountains.

Great location, close to main shopping street and Harpa. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the excellent quality breakfast that was offered at the hotel. the variety and freshness of the food was top-notch. the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated close to the main attractions, including shopping, eating, and drinking areas. This made it easy for me to explore the city and make the most of my time. the views from the dining room were breathtaking and added to the overall charm of my experience.

The room I stayed in was small and the shower design was quite unique. Despite these minor inconveniences, they did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.

The guest rooms are super cozy and stylish, making me feel right at home. The comfy bed and modern design made it hard to leave in the mornings!

The hotel's decoration and general areas were lovely, with comfortable seating and beautiful views of the ocean. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, with no stairs to navigate and everything within reach for those of us with a little less energy. It was a delightful place for older guests to relax and take in the surroundings.

I would ask for better vacation for senior people with more assistance from the children working there.
